Enhancing the Ability of Consumers To Control the Robocalls

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) modifies rules to ensure that consumers can revoke consent for robocalls they no longer wish to receive while continuing to receive those they still want. We also modernize our rules to ensure that consumers hav
