Wildfires: No spectators on French part of Tour de France stage three

The third stage of the Tour de France is set to take place without spectators in its French part due to wildfires, organizers said on Monday. The stage over 196 kilometres is scheduled to go from Spain's Granollers to Les Angles in southern France.
