EU ministers plan hybrid threat response amid warnings of Russian sabotage

EU foreign ministers are meeting on Monday to strengthen the bloc’s response to hybrid attacks, as EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas warns that Russia is planning further sabotage across Europe.
