China warns of more extreme weather as Bavi leaves trail of rain, flooding

Chinese forecasters warned that more extreme weather was on the horizon as the country continued to battle the aftereffects of former typhoon Bavi on Wednesday. Jilin province in the northeast issued an emergency alert on Tuesday night for flooding of multiple rivers. Authorities
