Earlier this year, Gnarls Barkley — the successful 2000s duo of CeeLo Green and Danger Mouse — released their very unnecessary "final album." A week ago, on Sept. 18, Gnarls Barkley announced that they'd return to the stage after 18 years with the To Whom It Still Concerns US and
