EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — There is a chance Ted Lasso star Cristo Fernández makes his long-awaited debut for El Paso Locomotive FC this weekend. The club announced Wednesday that Fernández will be part of the 18-man matchday roster for Saturday’s USL Cup match against New Mexico Un
