ODU honors LTC Brandon Shah during season opener against NSU

NORFOLK, VA. (WAVY) — Not only did Old Dominion University’s (ODU) season opener against the NSU Spartans Saturday signify the start of another football season, but it was also a night to honor LTC Brandon A. Shah. LTC Shah was shot and killed during an on-campus shooting on Marc
