Kimmich: Germany's early World Cup elimination is 'killing me'

Germany captain Joshua Kimmich is still deeply frustrated by his nation's elimination from the World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Germany were sent home much earlier than planned again after a 4-3 defeat on penalties to Paraguay on Monday.
