Indonesia Kicks Off First Dollar Bond Sale Since MSCI Fallout
The Indonesian government kicked off a multi-part dollar bond offering on Thursday, the first publicly announced deal by the sovereign in the US currency since MSCI Inc. last month warned that it may remove local equities from its global indexes.
