Spanish PM Sánchez: Ceuta migrant crisis 'a violation of territorial integrity'

The prime minister slammed the massive influx of migrants crossing over from Morocco as a "violation of Spain's territorial integrity", which he said, "deserves our reproach and our condemnation at the strongest possible level".
