IMO Chief Says Strait of Hormuz Remains Unsafe
International Maritime Organization Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez tells Bloomberg This Weekend that the Strait of Hormuz remains unsafe for commercial shipping, with vessel traffic sharply below pre-conflict levels as attacks, mines and other hazards threaten ships and seafarers.
