Uruguay coach Bielsa slams World Cup hydration breaks

Uruguay coach Marcelo Bielsa has strongly criticized hydration breaks at the World Cup. FIFA brought them in because of player welfare concerns amid the North American heat but fans have started to boo the drinks stoppages, especially in stadiums with roofs.
