Marvell in Talks to Buy Nvidia-Backed Lumentum
Marvell Technology is in talks to buy data center optics maker Lumentum Holdings. The deal could close next week according to sources. Nvidia backs up Lumentum which has a market value of about $83 billion. Ryan Gould reports.
