MIAMI — Although rare, Keshad Johnson’s shift from a standard contract with the Miami Heat to a two-way deal with the team has NBA precedent. With the move, Johnson’s salary not only goes from last season’s $2 million to $678,882 for the coming season, but along with the 66% pay
