Mistral AI raises record €3 billion in Samsung-led funding round

French artificial intelligence company Mistral AI has raised €3 billion in a round led by Samsung Electronics, nearly doubling its valuation to more than €21 billion in what the company says is the largest equity fundraising ever completed by a European technology firm.
