Democrat Bob Brooks is projected to defeat incumbent GOP Rep. Ryan Mackenzie to flip Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District, according to The Hill’s partner Decision Desk HQ. With 19 percent of precincts reporting, Brooks is leading 65 percent to 34.9 percent.
